3. Our Services
We provide the following services to eligible licensed taxi and private hire drivers in Scotland:
- Same-day licensed replacement vehicle provision following a non-fault road traffic accident
- Accident recovery and vehicle storage
- Authorised taxi and private hire vehicle repairs
- Claims management and insurer liaison on your behalf

Eligibility for services is subject to assessment of your individual claim. We reserve the right to decline any request for services at our discretion.
4. No Upfront Cost — How It Works
Our services are provided at no upfront cost to you where your accident was determined to be non-fault. Costs are recovered from the at-fault driver’s insurance company. By engaging our services, you authorise us to pursue recovery of all reasonable costs from the at-fault insurer on your behalf. In the event recovery is unsuccessful, we will notify you and discuss next steps before any cost liability is passed to you.

When using our services, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information about your accident and vehicle
- Hold a valid licence to drive the replacement vehicle provided
- Maintain the replacement vehicle in the same condition it was delivered
- Report any damage to the replacement vehicle to us immediately
- Return the replacement vehicle promptly when your own vehicle is repaired or the claim is resolved
- Co-operate fully with our team and any legal panel throughout the claims process
